A clean inventory makes a stronger launch.
Prepare once, review carefully and keep unpublished work private.

Give every unit a stable reference
Group units under the right project and give each one a reference your team recognises. Use consistent descriptions for the property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, price and area. That makes a CSV easier to map and the preview easier to review.
The import process checks the complete file before creating drafts. Resolve errors in the preview instead of trying to publish incomplete information.
Separate ready from published
Imported units are private drafts. Add images you can publish, complete the required details and advertising reference, and submit the unit for review. Approval is a separate step.
An active project appears in the public collection only when it has an approved, published unit. Draft and archived project information stays out of that collection.
Treat changes as new information
Availability, price and location changes affect the promise made to the visitor. Follow the review states when you change relevant details. Some changes pause publication, and a property with an accepted offer has additional protections.
Your unit inventory and the public marketplace are connected, but they serve different purposes: preparation and presentation.
