HOMEPACT · UAE PROPERTY, FROM OFFER TO KEYS
Portals help you find. Homepact helps you buy.
One shared file for the buyer, the seller and both brokers: the offer, the Form F, the deposit and the transfer, step by step, with nothing lost in a chat thread.

WHERE THE PORTALS STOP
The listing is the easy part. Here is the rest.
Each step says what is live today and what still needs a licensed partner.

THE 10% DEPOSIT
The rules are written before the money moves.
Each file sets out who receives the deposit in each case before the buyer pays it. The money is held by a licensed partner, never by Homepact.
No escrow partner is connected yet. Until one is, Homepact records instructions and evidence only.
Read how payments work- The seller withdraws, or the NOC is refused
The deposit goes back to the buyer.
- The buyer walks away without cause
The deposit goes to the seller, as the Form F provides.
- The parties disagree
The deposit stays frozen until a written agreement or a decision.
- The transfer completes
The deposit is released toward the price.

ON THE MAP
See where the homes are. Then open the file.
See the place. Picture the life.
Only advertiser-supplied positions are shown.
0 of 0 properties have a public map position supplied by the advertiser. Prices in AED. Drag to move; use + / − to zoom. Missing locations are never guessed.
Plan a route from this area
Enter exact addresses to check a journey in Google Maps. A community name is only an approximate starting point; Homepact does not estimate commute times.
Opens Google Maps with the places you enter. Map views use OpenStreetMap; these providers receive normal browser requests.
Pins use the coordinates each advertiser supplies. An area marker is not an exact address.
THREE SPACES, ONE FILE
Every side of the deal sees the same truth.
One file per purchase, readable on your phone, in English or Arabic.
- Saved searches and private shortlist
- Written offers and the transaction file
- Deposit rules before any payment
HOW HOMEPACT FITS
Portals cover the search. Homepact covers what comes after.
A comparison of documented purposes, not a ranking. Each provider sets its own products and terms.
| Capability | Homepact | Bayut | Property Finder |
|---|---|---|---|
| Professional workspace | CRM, pipeline and unit inventory | Profolio professional tools | PF Expert professional tools |
| Trust signals | Publication review; registry connection pending | TruCheck listing verification tools | SuperAgent performance badges; not a property registry check |
| AI tools | On-device matching and photo themes | TruEstimate property estimates | AI tools documented in the partner knowledge centre |
| After the offer | Shared file: deposit rules, NOC, appointment, costs, sale certificate | Not covered by the sources reviewed | Not covered by the sources reviewed |
"Not covered by the sources reviewed" means the pages above do not describe it. It does not mean the provider cannot do it.
