Five useful constraints beat a hundred open tabs. Start with what your home needs to do.

Separate essentials from preferences
Write down your maximum price, the space you need and the areas that work for your daily routine. Then keep a second list for preferences: an outlook, finishes, a balcony or a particular style. A home that misses an essential should not become a favourite just because its photographs look good.
Homepact’s filters apply the criteria shown on screen. A text search is useful for a building or community name; the multi-area filter lets you keep several areas in play.
Give the shortlist a job
Save a home because there is a specific question worth answering. Is the advertised unit available? What is included? Are the photos of that exact unit? Put those questions into a private message, then request a viewing when the answers justify a visit.
A short list of three homes you understand is more useful than a long list of attractive photographs.
Use AI as another lens
Describe the kind of space and everyday life you want in Homepact Match. The percentage reflects similarity between your words and the listing description. It does not verify the property or predict whether you should buy it. Use the ranking to explore, then compare the facts.
