Know what you are choosing.

Is there an automatic payment after the free trial?

No. Founding access ends after two calendar months unless you cancel earlier. There is no card requirement or automatic paid conversion. A future paid plan needs a separate explicit activation and confirmed payment.

What does a listing slot mean?

A property in review or publicly listed uses one slot. Private developer inventory is separate. Submission still requires complete details, photos, advertising authority and operator review.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your existing records remain available to read and export. Expiry or cancellation pauses new records, CRM and inventory changes, and professional submissions/publications. A separate active entitlement is needed to resume these actions.

Are leads, sales or verified status included?

No lead volume, sale or rental result is guaranteed. A subscription or Founding 200 place is not a professional licence, identity check or property verification.

Do these plans include shared users or integrations?

Each person uses a separate account. The collaboration pilot supports up to 20 teammates with viewer or editor access in the same professional portal, under the workspace owner’s active access. No seat fee is charged during the pilot. External CRM synchronisation and WhatsApp inbox integration are not connected.
